Thank you for considering Welly's Restaurant to host you. While we do not categorize ourselves as a function space, we are a restaurant with thoughtfully designed dining spaces perfect for gatherings.
Welly's Restaurant in Marlborough offers two dining spaces available for booking:
Room Two accommodates up to 40 seated guests.
Room Three accommodates up to 20 seated guests.
Welly's Restaurant Hudson has just one dining space that is suitable for parties 25 or less.
Reservation Policies:
A maximum of 6 separate checks is allowed for all reservations.
All parties of 20 people or more are subject to a 20% added gratuity.
All parties 8 or more are subject to a 18% added gratuity.
All added gratuities are based on the original amount of guests booked. Please update the number of guests within 72 hours of your reservation.
For parties of 20 or more, on the day of your reservation, if fewer guests attend than originally confirmed, a fee of $25 per absent guest will apply to your final check.
Example: If your reservation is booked for 40 guests but only 28 attend, you will still be charged the difference at $25 per person.
Details:
A small, pre-selected food menu will be provided to ensure quality and efficiency for our servers and kitchen team. We do not allow pizza or burgers for large parties to maintain consistency and provide efficient timing.
Additional Amenities:
Both Welly's are fully handicapped accessible, and parking options include an off-street public parking lot on Main Street with a two-hour limit from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Saturday, free on Sundays. In Marlborough: two nearby parking garages on Weed St. and Florence St. are within walking distance and free at all times.
Hudson has on street parking on Main St. with a three hour parking limit 9AM to 6PM. Free parking on Sundays. Additional Parking can be found behind the fire station.
Large reservations over 20 are available for a maximum of three hours.
Large Reservation Function DOs:
We welcome all types of functions: anniversaries, birthdays, religious gatherings, memorial luncheons, graduations, holiday parties, corporate functions, etc.
While Welly's offers a dessert selection, you're welcome to bring your own cake or pastries, though we cannot store outside food in our appliances.
**You're welcome to decorate your table at the time of your reservation. If you'd like to come in earlier to set up, we may be able to accommodate that depending on the reservation time.
**Please note that we can not allow anything on the walls, and no confetti.
Large Reservation/Function DON'Ts:
We do not offer private rooms and may have other guests in the dining space.
We do not provide buffet-style service.
Outside beverages, alcohol, or foods are not permitted, with the exception of desserts, as noted. Welly's does not offer signature cocktails or large-format drinks, such as pitchers.
Smoking and vaping is prohibited inside and within 10 feet of outdoor tables.
